Southern Living Magazine, Developer Bald Head Island Limited LLC and builder Jeff Sanderson of Whitney Blair Custom Homes together with designers Eric Moser of Moser Design Group Inc., and interior designer Lindsey Coral Harper, brought this stunning 2017 Southern Living Idea house to life. We at Wellborn relish the opportunity to be part of this picturesque house.

“A house that will inspire Southern Living readers with design and decorating ideas they can steal for themselves” said Sid Evans Southern Living editor-in-chief. “Using the South's best architects, builders, designers and landscapers, we reimagine the ultimate Southern home...”

The home is designed to provide creative ideas and inspiration for prospective and current homeowners.

The home opened for public tours in June 2017 and was featured in the August 2017 issue of Southern Living magazine. The Idea House remained open throughout the summer of 2017 and on select weekends during the fall of 2017.

A portion of all ticket proceeds to view the home benefitted the Old Baldy Foundation, an organization aimed at preserving the island's history and lighthouse. Old Baldy celebrated its 200th birthday in 2017.
