The 2014 Southern Living Custom Builder Showcase Home by Javic Homes will be open Thursday through Sunday, March 27 through May 4. Inspired by the pages of Southern Living magazine, the West Indies style home is located in the Beach Park neighborhood of Tampa on a waterfront property overlooking beautiful Tampa Bay.
